Hover over the group in “Detected Features” and select the ungroup button that appears. You can also drag individual features out of a group.

Hover over the feature you want to group in “Detected Features” and drag the feature into the similar feature you’d like to merge into a group.
Disclaimer: Only like items can be grouped. For example, you can only group Hole ⌀5.500mm with another ⌀5.500mm. You can not group a hole to a distinct feature such as a surface, a hole with a different diameter, or another type of feature of size.
